Name Animations
How to use this crap:
This website helps you make complex cfg files for binds.
The cfg files this site generates are used for name animations or binding multiple names to a single key.
The binds generated here can either displayed or downloaded as a .cfg file. (You can open and edit .cfg files with Notepad or any other text editor)
Choose from either Scroller, Rainbow Scroller, Twinkle, or Name List Bind. Use only one section at a time, they are 4 different tools.
Scroller
This makes a name animation for running at the end of a map. You can type in lots of text - more text than can be displayed in your name at once and it will smoothly scroll the text as your name. This is done as a flood of name changes. You should be careful to only run this at the END of a map (when the scoreboard is up) because it is very annoying if you flood names during game play.
(1) Type Your Name Message:
100 characters maximum.
(2) Do you want to download it or display it?

(3) Generate the cfg file by clicking here:
The cfg file needs to be placed in the correct folder for you to be able to run them from in-game.
For most windows based PC's, this folder is: C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\*
(4) Run the config from in-game:
To run the animation manually, open the in-game console and type: /exec scroll.cfg
Most people make a bind for this to make execution easier.
To bind scroll.cfg to a key, open the console and type: /bind F5 exec rscroll.cfg
(if you don't use F5, be careful to choose a key that you are not likely to accidentally bump)
Rainbow Scroller
This tool is very similar to the regular Scroller tool, except this one adds a bright stream colors that run through the name while the name is scrolling by.

Each time you press the key, your name changes to the next name in the list.

Each time you press the key, you say the next thing in the list.
